Bed & Breakfast Prices

Prices from £28.50 per person per night, or from £38 single occupancy.

Children, aged 3-12 £15 per night; and from 13-15 £20 per night, if sharing with adults.

We are open all year

Time of arrival:
From 1630 hours on the day of arrival, or earlier by prior arrangement.  If you want to arrive late in the evening, please let me know.

Time of departure: 
please vacate your room on the day of departure by 1030 hours.

Terms and Conditions of Booking:

A deposit is required at the time of booking.   This will be refunded on cancellation, less an administration charge, only if the accommodation is re-let.

If you fail to arrive without notification then the whole amount of the booking becomes due.

I recommend you take out travel insurance to cover all deposits and bookings.
